This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from A&L Enterprise Pte. Ltd.
1. Terms of Return
Returns are only accepted with our prior written approval.
Requests for return must be submitted within 7 days from the date the Products are delivered.
Products sold on a customised, made-to-order, or special-order basis are not eligible for return.
2. State of Return
To be eligible for return, Products must:
be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition;
be returned in original packaging with all labels intact;
not show signs of damage, alteration, or improper handling.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. Acceptable Reasons for Return
Returns may be considered only for the following reasons: incorrect Product delivered (not as per confirmed order);
manufacturing defect confirmed by us or the manufacturer; damage occurring during delivery (subject to timely notification).
Returns will not be accepted for: change of mind; incorrect selection by the customer;
compatibility or application issues unless explicitly guaranteed in writing; normal wear and tear.
4. Return Process
To request a return: Email us at custermerservice@alenterprisesg.comwith your invoice number, Product details, and reason for return.
Our team will review the request and issue a Return Authorisation (RA) if approved.
Products must be returned according to the instructions provided, clearly marked with the RA reference.
Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after returned Products are received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be made via the original payment method or as a credit note, at our discretion.
Any applicable restocking, inspection, or handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping, customs duties, taxes, and bank charges are non-refundable.
Refund processing time may take 14 business days from approval.
6. Limitation
This Return and Refund Policy applies strictly to Products purchased directly from us and does not affect any rights under applicable Singapore laws.

Manufacturer warranties, if any, apply directly between the manufacturer and the customer.

Customised or special-order Products are non-returnable.
